During the first phase of our One Campus campaign, in January 2020, Medina Christian Academy purchased the former Rustic Hills Country Club property. Over many months, the property was reconstructed to best serve the needs of our school and to be an inspiring educational environment for our students as they grow in faith.
In August, the doors of our newly renovated Upper School finally opened to our middle and high school students in grades 7–12. Teachers, staff, and administrators watched with great anticipation as our students filled the classrooms, halls, and spaces that had been so carefully planned and designed to meet their needs. This includes a large, open Assembly Hall that is home to weekly chapel services and a spacious Student Commons where students can relax and enjoy a student-run coffee bar.
How would our students respond to the new space? The verdict was in quickly: They love it!
