Bringing Faith into the Classroom

at Medina Christian Academy

Unfolding God's Plan For You

We believe one encounter with God can change everything – and some of our richest encounters happen through worship. While providing our students opportunities to develop academically, socially, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, an important goal for MCA is for all grade levels to grow into a deeper understanding of what it means to live as a child of God – unfolding God’s plan.

How We Incorporate

Faith into MCA Classrooms

Early Education

Starting with early education, we incorporate God’s word into the classroom through Bible truths. Students learn memory verses to reinforce the important truths and to help us emphasize God’s love. It’s a solid foundation in faith that carries them through the rest of their educational career at MCA.

Elementary School

As students move throughout the curriculum at Medina Christian Academy, they get to explore aspects of their faith more deeply. Students learn memory verses to reinforce the important truths and to help us emphasize God’s love.

Middle School

As students slowly start to prepare for high school, it’s vital for them to start reaching their true potential in Jesus Christ. Our faculty works with students to live each day faithfully and to walk with God, listening to his call for their lives.

High School

It is not our goal to insulate children from the real world. When students enter high school, it becomes our mission to prepare students to be strong in Christ through adversity and to act as stewards upon graduation. From fine arts programs to athletics, we strive to encourage each student to reach their true potential through Jesus Christ.

Walk in Faith

It will always be our mission to pursue Christ-centered excellence, disciple-making relationships, and lives of service and leadership, incorporating the fundamental Word of God into our curriculum. Our vision is to support students, helping them to know the way while trusting and following the chosen path. Faith and prayer are guiding lights for us.

“For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding,” (Proverbs 2:6).

We encourage you to learn more about our faith mission by reading our statement of faith.
