Reflections on Year Two of Our Capital Campaign

Living in Faith, Leading the Future

Two years ago, in January 2020, we purchased the former Rustic Hills Country Club property, and embarked on a journey of renovation and expansion. This marked the start of our three-year strategic plan to bring all of our students to one campus.

Today, two years later, we are humbled by our progress and the support we have received from our parents and family members, alumni, and community members. Our completely renovated and reimagined Upper School—truly a direct answer to prayer—is now in its second year of use by more than 110 middle and high school students. The entire building, which is flooded with light from large-scale windows throughout the interior, fosters a peaceful environment and a college-like setting. In the student center, the words of Colossians 3:23 are displayed on the main wall: “Whatever you do, do it with all your heart as to the Lord.”

Do it with all your heart. That is certainly the way in which so many individuals have supported our capital campaign over the last two years. It is evident that a great deal of people value having a private Christian school in the Medina community that offers a Christ-centered education and guides students from preschool to twelfth grade in growing their faith.

We look forward to seeing the completion of the final campaign phases—the creation of a gymnasium and the construction of our elementary school—which will allow our school to continue to grow and serve more students. But this will require the ongoing time, talent, and resources of many in our school community and beyond. We prayerfully ask for your continued support to see us through to the end of our campaign.

How You Can Help

Sustain Our Christian School for the Future

  • Make a financial donation. You can designate your gift to go to the capital campaign and support our phase 2 and 3 efforts.
  • Volunteer your time. There are a number of organizations that support our ongoing campaign, including our Grandparents’ Club. If you would like to learn more about these opportunities, contact our office.
  • Pray for our students, faculty, and staff. Your prayers are so appreciated as we embark on this final year of our campaign.

We look forward to sharing more updates with you and ultimately joining together in celebration of the completion of our campaign this time next year.
